An Evening of Beautiful Music with Sue Song

Join us for a special candlelight concert featuring internationally acclaimed classical pianist Sue Song on Thursday, November 19, at 7:00 p.m. at Saint Cecilia Catholic Church in Ames, as we celebrate the Feast of Saint Cecilia, the patron saint of music.

Known for her energetic yet poetic artistry, Sue Song has performed in prestigious concert halls worldwide, including three solo recitals at Carnegie Hall & Weill Recital Hall. She studied at Oberlin Conservatory and the Centre Conservatoire in Paris, with additional studies at the Franz Liszt Academy.

Beyond her remarkable musical career, Sue believes deeply in music& healing power. She has partnered with the Catholic Diocese of Bridgeport, Connecticut, to share her talents with local churches and founded the Amoris Foundation to bring music education and performances to underserved children, including orphans, children with special needs, and those living in poverty.

We invite our entire community to experience an inspiring evening of beautiful music, faith, and fellowship in the peaceful glow of candlelight.

Following the concert, guests are invited to gather in the Social Hall for desserts, beverages, and fellowship.

All proceeds benefit Ames Romero House and support our mission of serving those in need with dignity, compassion, and hope.
